Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund (including shipping charges) within fourteen (14) days of the day of the delivery only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original shoe box and packaging materials. After an additional fourteen days (14), ie. twenty eight days (28) after the day of the delivery, all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Replacement merchandise will be shipped after our returns department has inspected the item(s) and declared that the item(s) are in their original, re-saleable condition. Do not use the original shoe box as the shipping box. Stockholm Inne Limited will not be responsible for processing and exchanging of such items. Please contact customer service if you have any questions prior to processing a return. All returns and exchanges must have a return label on the package with an RA#. To process your exchange and receive an RA#, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are recommended to obtain a tracking number prior to sending back returns. Once an RA# is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately so packages can be received within 4 weeks of the date the RA# was created. Stockholm Inne Limited reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are eligible for full refund as per above.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
